Key Responsibilities

Supporting operations at the Dugald River Project, you will:

• Plan and Coordinate Operations
  Plan and prioritise shift activities in collaboration with site leadership, ensuring resources, equipment, and work areas are effectively allocated.
  
• Lead and Supervise Teams
  Direct and supervise underground personnel, ensuring work is completed in line with mine plans, SWIs, and operational requirements.
  
• Drive Safety, Quality, and Environmental Standards
  Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by embedding quality, environmental, and health standards into all activities and leading by example.
  
• Communicate and Report Effectively
  Maintain accurate shift reports and timesheets, and liaise with key stakeholders on operational progress, risks, and workplace issues.
  
• Support Continuous Improvement and Incident Management
  Lead or assist in incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence while reinforcing a positive, safety-first work ethic.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Underground Shift Supervisors – must hold Communicate workplace information certificates (formerly S1, S2 & S3)
  
• Current G1 Safety Induction - Metalliferous Core & Underground
  
• Underground hardrock mining experience & appropriate tickets/licences in the relevant position they are applying for
  
• Valid manual drivers licence
  
• A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto Consider it done — safely.
